Whether you are just starting out or looking for coaching and support to overcome hidden obstacles or sharpen your diet, exercise and mindset this is your chance to pick my brain and get started or further advance your success. I want to share with you what has worked for me. What allows me to maintain my weight and feel fabulous. I want to help you along your journey. You can truly feel amazing inside and out by enjoying the most delicious and healthiest foods on the planet. You can take control of your life and live the healthy lifestyle you deserve. You can reach your ideal weight and stay that way without going hungry.

When We Meet You Will Get:

Initial 60 minute Starter Session – $24.99 – a conversation that could change your life. We’ll discuss:

  • how to help you move to a plant-strong, whole food eating plan
  • how to avoid oils, processed foods and how to reduce added sugars in your diet
  • any allergies, health issues, or food concerns
  • helpful tips to keep you on track
  • breakfast, lunch and dinner meal planning ideas

You’ll also get follow-up check and connect emails. I’ll answer any further questions you may think of later.

Continue Your Journey with Weekly Support:

  1. Over the phone support, weekly 15 or 30 minute phone chats – $6.25/15 min – you’ll be on the phone with me for strategies, success tips, and solutions to your health, fitness, energy, and weight loss challenges.
  2. Face-to-face at your home support – $12.50/half-hour visit – one-on-one contact in your home working on your success plan, helping you purge your pantry, etc.
  3. Face-to-face in my Healthy Kitchen – $12.50/half-hour visits – one-on-one contact and accountability
