Easy Cashew Parmesan

You can’t beat a great tasting Parmesan cheese. It’s the perfect touch for pizza, tacos, pasta dishes, soups or chilies – you name it. And this easy recipe tastes wonderful.


It’s super, super easy!

Takes about 5 minutes to make. Makes about 1 cup


  • 1 cup raw cashew nuts
  • 6 teaspoons nutritional yeast

Place ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse chop until crumbly. Store in a glass container.
