I’ve combined my favorite flavors for this Ultimate Kick-Ass Superbowl Dip. Serve with your favorite blue corn chips or cut up veggies. Your guests will think it’s super!
- 10 ounces of roasted red pepper hummus
- 3/4 to 1 cup artichoke tapenade
- 4 tablespoons of Annie’s Naturals Goddess Dressing
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 large avocado, mashed
- 2 tbl fresh lemon juice
In a bowl, mix the hummus, artichoke tapenade, dressing and red pepper flakes. Mash the avocado with a fork and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (to help fruit from browning). Add to the mixture in the bowl.
Now, here’s another trick to keep your dip from turning brown after you have served it to your guests … take the pit of the avocado and place it inside the serving bowl with your dip. The pit really keeps if from browning!
