I love a good … healthy challange

A few of you may remember that about 7 years ago, I had some very serious issues with my low back. I was in so much excruciating pain and I became so disabled I was unable to lift my left leg to walk.  After some x-rays, and a consultation with a back surgeon, I discovered that I suffer from degenerative arthritis in the L1 to L5 area …. It was one of my huge motivations to lose weight because I want to avoid surgery for as long as I am able!

During my rehabilitation I worked with a wonderful PT who helped me get back on track with sessions and he educated me on strengthening my core muscles. It’s the key to keeping your low back strong.

So when I saw this 30-day Plank Challenge on FB this morning I wanted to pass it on! Exercising is an important part to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. So take the challenge! You’ll be glad you did


The 30 Day Plank Challenge will send your core strength through the roof! Yes, all you have to do is HOLD this position, nothing else! It looks pretty easy, but it isn’t!
